The french fried onions are a perfect topping for this tasty casserole


2 cups Cooked Chicken; Chopped
2 cups Milk
1 (10 3/4 Oz) Can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup Uncooked Minute White Rice
1 (14 1/2 Oz) Can Cut Green Beans; Drained
1 (4 Oz) Can Mushrooms
1 cup Shredded White Cheddar Cheese
1 (2.8 Oz) Can French Fried Onions


Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a large saucepan add the milk and mushroom soup, heat on low heat, stir continuously , turn off when starts to steam; remove from burner.

Add the chicken, rice, green beans, mushrooms, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 1/2 the can of french fried onions. Stir together and pour into casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.

Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and remaining 1/2 can of french fried onions on top.

Bake uncovered 40 min.
