|2 cups||Cooked Chicken; Chopped|
|1||(10 3/4 Oz) Can Cream of Mushroom Soup|
|1 cup||Uncooked Minute White Rice|
|1||(14 1/2 Oz) Can Cut Green Beans; Drained|
|1||(4 Oz) Can Mushrooms|
|1 cup||Shredded White Cheddar Cheese|
|1||(2.8 Oz) Can French Fried Onions|
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In a large saucepan add the milk and mushroom soup, heat on low heat, stir continuously , turn off when starts to steam; remove from burner.
Add the chicken, rice, green beans, mushrooms, 1/2 cup of the cheese and 1/2 the can of french fried onions. Stir together and pour into casserole dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Sprinkle the remaining 1/2 cup of cheese and remaining 1/2 can of french fried onions on top.
Bake uncovered 40 min.
