Chicken and Onions

This flavorful dish asks for a fresh Vidalia onion and gets a lot of pizazz from Caesar salad dressing.
 

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 bottle Caesar salad dressing
  • 1/2 can Montreal chicken seasoning
  • 1 tbsp seasoning salt
  • 1 dash garlic salt
  • 1 large Vidalia onion
  • 2 tbsp butter

Method

Cook onions in a skillet with butter until soggy. Chop chicken into cubes. When onions are done, add chicken and pour about 3/4 of Caesar dressing. Add seasonings. Cook until chicken is done. When it is about half way done, add rest of Caesar salad dressing, keep on a simmer until done.
