Chicken and Herb Pasta Salad

A colorful pasta salad with roasted chicken, tomatoes, cilantro and a tangy Italian vinaigrette.
Ingredients
- 1 roasting chicken
- 12 oz bow tie noodles
- 1 box cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- 1 bunch cilantro, chopped fine
- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1 tsp salad supreme seasoning mix
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 16 oz Italian dressing

Method
Roast chicken at 325 degrees in oven until done; debone and cut in chunks. Cook noodles and rinse. Mix dressing, garlic, seasonings, chicken, tomatoes, and cilantro and add to chicken mixture. Toss, chill and serve.
Notes: Cooking chicken the night before and chilling makes this easier to prepare.
