|6– 8||Skinless, boneless chicken breast halves|
|16 oz. bottle||Ranch Dressing|
|12 oz. can||Evaporated Milk|
|1 lb||Cheese of Choice, cheddar, colby/jack etc.), shredded|
In a skillet pour water and add chicken. Cook until chicken is done; drain. Return chicken to skillet. Meanwhile, in a saucepan pour ranch dressing and evaporated milk; heat until warm. Add cheese and continue to warm until cheese is melted, stirring frequently. Pour mixture over chicken; cover and simmer on low heat about 10 minutes. Serve with rice, potatoes or pasta, and spoon the cheesy ranch sauce over it.
