Ingredients:
| 1 pkg | (32oz) Frozen Hashbrowns |
| ½ cup | Melted Butter or Margarine |
| 16 oz | Sour Cream |
| 1 can | Cream of Chicken Soup |
| ½ cup | Milk |
| 1 tsp | Salt |
| ½ tsp | Pepper |
| 2-3 | Chopped Green Onions |
| 3 cups | Shredded Cheddar Cheese |
| 1 cup | Crushed Corn Flakes, optional |
Directions:
The melted butter goes at the bottom of a 9x13 pan. In a large bowl combine sour cream, soup, milk, salt, pepper and green onions. Put half of the frozen hashbrowns on top of the melted butter. Next layer half of the sour cream/soup mixture on top of the hashbrowns. Then put half of the shredded cheese on as the next layer. Repeat layers--hashbrowns, then mixture, then cheese. Add crushed corn flakes on top, if desired.
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 75 minutes.
