|1 cup||Uncooked Rice|
|1 can||Cream of Chicken With Herb Soup|
|½ tsp||Onion Powder|
|¼ tsp||Black Pepper|
|4||Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts|
|1 cup||Shredded Cheddar Cheese|
Preheat oven to 375 degrees and spray a 9 X 13 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. Combine rice, soup, water, onion powder and pepper in dish. Place chicken on top of mixture. Sprinkle with extra pepper, if desired. Cover with foil and bake 45 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle cheese on chicken, replace foil and bake an additional 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
