Salty and sweet, crunchy and creamy--this salad makes a satisfying and healthy main dish.
Simply toss all ingredients together in a large bowl, except dressing and pitas. Before serving, toss salad with dressing. Serve warmed pitas on the side.
Notes:
This salad has become a staple around my home. It's also quite delicious with grilled salmon in place of the chicken.
