A spicy, hot chicken dip--with cream cheese, blue cheese dressing and melted mozzarella. Serve with chips, crackers or fresh veggies.

8 oz Softened Cream Cheese
1 lb Cooked & Shredded Chicken Breasts
1 Small Bottle of Hot Sauce
1× 15 oz. jar Blue Cheese Dressing
8 oz Shredded Mozzarella Cheese


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spread the cream cheese into the bottom of a pie pan or 8-inch square pan. Heat the chicken and hot sauce in small sauce pan (use as much or as little hot sauce as your family prefers). Pour the chicken mixture over the cream cheese. Top the chicken mixture with the blue cheese dressing and then the mozzarella cheese. Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until top of cheese is slightly brown & bubbling. Serve with crackers or raw vegetables.

Helpful Tips:

As an alternative, you can serve in a warmed tortilla with shredded lettuce for a great wrap.
