Broccoli/Cauliflower healthy salad

Save on your preparation time by purchasing cauliflower and broccoli that's already been cut up for you.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 head cauliflower, cut up in bite-size pieces
  • 1 bunch broccoli, cut up in bite-size pieces
  • 1/2 lb. baby carrots, diced
  • Bottled Italian salad dressing
  • 2 cups chopped cooked chicken
 
Method

Combine cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots in a bowl. Pour Italian salad dressing over vegetables to taste. Just before serving, stir in chicken.
