Broccoli/Cauliflower healthy salad
Save on your preparation time by purchasing cauliflower and broccoli that's already been cut up for you.
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower, cut up in bite-size pieces
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut up in bite-size pieces
- 1/2 lb. baby carrots, diced
- Bottled Italian salad dressing
- 2 cups chopped cooked chicken

Method
Combine cauliflower, broccoli, and carrots in a bowl. Pour Italian salad dressing over vegetables to taste. Just before serving, stir in chicken.
