Boneless Baked or Grilled Buffalo Wings

Everyone loves hot wings. This recipe tells you how to bake or grill them. Serving them up with blue cheese is sure to make you a winner every time.

  • Servings: 6

Ingredients:

1 cup Barbecue Sauce, divided
½ cup Hot Wing Sauce, divided
1½ lbs Skinless Boneless Chicken Breasts, tenders, or thighs, cut into 2" strips
Blue Cheese Dressing

Directions:

Prepare chicken and combine 1/2 of the barbecue sauce and 1/2 of the hot sauce in a bowl. Place chicken in bowl and marinate in refrigerator for 1-2 hours.

Oven Method:

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Place the wings on a foil lined baking pan. Bake 20 minutes or until juices run clear. Combine the remaining sauce in another bowl and place the hot cooked wings in the bowl, then toss to coat. Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing.

Grill Method:

Preheat grill on medium heat, or if using a charcoal grill, prepare the coals for indirect cooking. Place wings on the grill indirectly. Grill for 20-25 minutes, turning once, or until juices run clear. Combine the remaining sauce in another bowl and place the hot cooked wings in the bowl, then toss to coat. Serve immediately with blue cheese dressing.
