Bella's Buffalo Chicken Burger

These chicken burgers are full of delicious ingredients. From carrots and celery to blue cheese and ranch, these burgers really live up to their name.
Ingredients
- 2 lbs of ground chicken
- 1 glove of garlic, minced
- 3/4 cup chopped celery
- 3/4 cup chopped carrots
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley
- 1 tablespoon of favorite hot sauce
- 1 1/2 teaspoons of grill seasoning
- 6 hamburger buns
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of cornmeal
- Bibb lettuce
- Ranch dressing
- Crumbled blue cheese
- Non stick spray

Method
In a mixing bowl, combine ground chicken, garlic, celery, carrots, parsley, hot sauce, grill seasoning, and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Blend all of these ingredients together and divide meat into 6 portions and make 6 patties out of them. Put the cornmeal into a flat pan and dredge both sides of the patties well in the cornmeal and place on a cookie sheet and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Spray a skillet with the non stick spray and heat remaining olive oil up in pan over med-high heat. Place patties in pan and cook for 10 minutes on each side or until cooked. While patties are cooking, toast buns under broiler and garnish with ranch dressing, lettuce, and blue cheese. Place patties on bun and add a splash of hot sauce to kick it up.
Notes: Can be made ahead and they can sit in the refrigerator until ready to cook. A quick recipe.
