Beer Can Chicken

This unique grilled chicken is made with a can of beer and Creole seasoning. For additional flavor add Caribbean Jerk seasoning.

Ingredients:

1 Whole Fryer With Skin
1 can Beer, any brand
2 Tbsp Soy Sauce
Cavender's Greek Seasoning
Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning

Directions:

1. Coat entire chicken with both seasonings-be sure to leave skin on the chicken!

2. Pour half of the beer out of the can - discard.

3. Add soy sauce to remaining beer in the can.

4. Place can on a shallow pan large enough to surround the chicken.

5. Place chicken on top of can using legs to help support and balance the chicken upright.

6. Bake for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.

7. Remove can before serving!

Helpful Tips:

Carribbean Jerk seasoning can also be added for additional flavor.
