Ingredients:
| ½ cup | Shoyu, soy sauce |
| 2 | Green Onions, chopped |
| 2 cloves | Garlic, finely grated |
| ⅓ cup | Sugar |
| 1 lb | Chicken Drummettes |
| Flour, for coating | |
| Oil, for deep fat cooking |
Directions:
Combine shoyu, green onion, garlic and sugar in saucepan. Stir over medium heat until sugar melts. Coat the drummettes in flour and deep fry in hot oil until done. Drain. Dip fried chicken in sauce and serve.
