Ingredients:
| 1½ lbs | Chicken Wings |
| ½ Tbsp | Seasoning Salt |
| 1 Tbsp | Granulated Garlic Powder |
| 1 Tbsp | Black Pepper |
| 1½ cups | Flour |
| 2-3 cups | Honey Barbecue Sauce |
| Vegetable Oil | |
Directions:
Rinse wings in cold water; remove any excess fat. Sprinkle wings with seasoned salt, garlic and pepper. Rub spices into chicken. Place flour and wings in a resealable gallon plastic bag; seal and shake until flour is evenly distributed on chicken. Shake off excess flour and fry in a deep fryer, at 365 degrees F (180 C) for 10 minutes, or fry in a deep pot. Remove chicken, drain and place in a roasting pan. Cover chicken with barbecue sauce. Cover pan and bake in a 375 degree oven for 15 minutes, until sauce has baked into the chicken.
