Method

Combine first 5 ingredients in saucepan and boil uncovered for 3 minutes. (Watch carefully as it tends to boil over easily.) Put frozen chicken wings in a large roasting pan and pour boiled sauce over the wings. Cook, covered, at 350 degrees at least two hours. Increase temperature and uncover pan for last half hour or more, until liquid is reduced to a gooey, sticky, yummy sauce, and the wings are browned.

Notes: This is an easy and delicious recipe especially to take to dinners or parties. The most important part is giving yourself enough time to let the sauce reduce--it always seems to take longer than I remember. The wings should definitely be gooey and sticky.

Number of Servings: 4-6 as main course
