Barbecue Sauce

A nice barbecue sauce that is easy to make. This recipe has a slight sweetness and can be used on everything from pork ribs to chicken.
Ingredients
- 1/4 c. oil
- 1 lg. onion , diced
- 1/3 c. br. sugar
- 1 1/4 T. prepared mustard
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1 1/4 T. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 c. celery, fine dice
- 1 oz. vinegar
- 15 oz. water

Method
Heat oil, cook onions, and celery till onions are transparent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer for 30 minutes, over low heat.
