Balsamic Chicken

Balsamic vinegar, sugar, garlic and Italian seasoning flavor the chicken in this dish. Marinate a few hours or overnight.
Ingredients
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
- 1 TBSP canola oil
- 1/3 c balsamic vinegar
- 1/2 c chicken stock
- 2 TBSP sugar
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 tsp dried Italian seasoning

Method
Set chicken in a shallow bowl. Add the combined vinegar, chicken stock, sugar, garlic, & marinate in the refrigerator. Briefly heat oil in a large skillet over med-high heat. Add the marinated chicken breast. Cook each chicken breast 4 min. each side (or until done; 170). Add the marinade to the skillet & continue cooking for an additional 3-4 min. while turning the chicken breast until they are cooked through.
