This healthy meatloaf contains lean turkey, eggs, seasoned bread crumbs, canned chilies & black pepper, with an apple butter & mustard glaze.
Mix all ingredients together except apple butter & mustard. Form into meatloaf shape in shallow baking pan. Stir apple butter & mustard together; spread over meatloaf evenly, coating it entirely. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 minutes or until done. Apple butter-mustard glaze will caramelize & form a crust. Let meatloaf rest a couple of minutes before slicing to serve.
Notes:
The glaze helps the meatloaf cook thoroughly without drying out.
