Alfredo-Spinach Chicken


Chicken breasts are poached, then placed in a skillet to finish cooking with a mixture of canned spinach and purchased Alfredo sauce for a quick main dish.



Ingredients:

  • 1 cup water
  • 4 medium boneless skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 lb. total)
  • 1 jar prepared Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 (27 oz.) can spinach, drained

Method

Poach chicken breasts in water until almost done. Then put them in a skillet. Mix the spinach and alfredo sauce in a bowl. Then add to skillet and cover. Heat the chicken until it is done and the sauce is hot.
