3-in-One Stir-Fry

This stir-fry combines chicken, pork and shrimp with several vegetables, including summer squash, green pepper, carrots and cabbage.
 

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed chicken
  • 1 cup cubed pork
  • 1 cup medium shrimp
  • 1 cup chopped summer squash
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced onion
  • 1/2 cup thinly sliced green pepper
  • 1/2 cup juliened carrots
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1/2 cup fresh sugar peas
  • 1 cup shredded green cabbage
  • 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup cornstarch
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/2 teaspoon crushed red chili pepper, or to taste
  • Chopped green onion

Method

Stir-fry chicken and pork in a nonstick wok or pan sprayed with Pam till done. Remove. Add shrimp; stir fry till done; remove. Add veggies to pan; stir-fry till tender-crisp. In a bowl mix soy sauce and cornstarch; stir in water; add to veggie mixture; cook till sauce boils. Add crushed chilies to taste. Add meat and shrimp; heat through.

 

Notes: May be topped with scrambled egg and green onion.
